NISC will be updating our payment gateway Tuesday evening, 07/15/2025.

The upgrade will take place after 11:59 PM CT due to the downtime required to update each server. We expect the maintenance window to be approximately 2 hours, during which associated payment channels (SmartHub, E-bill, and Secure Payments IVR) will not be available. During the maintenance window when members try to make a payment in SmartHub they will be redirected to a page indicating the website is down for maintenance.
