NISC will be performing system maintenance on the NISC Payment Gateway on Tuesday evening, 01/21/2025, starting at 11:59 PM CT.
This maintenance will require downtime of the Gateway to update each server and is expected to be under 4 hours, which means associated payment channels (SmartHub, E-bill, Secure Payments & MCM IVR, and Autopay Recurring cards) will not be available. During the maintenance window when members try to make a payment in SmartHub they will be redirected to a page indicating the website is down for maintenance.
