Starting on Saturday, October 12th at 11:00 PM CST and going to 6:00 AM CST on Sunday, October 13th, the payment gateway used with MultiChannel Messenger (MCM) IVR for payments is migrating to a new production environment. During this maintenance window MCM IVR payments will not be available. You will hear this message if trying to make a payment during this window:
“Payments are under maintenance. To make a payment call back in X minutes.” where X is the number of minutes remaining until the maintenance window expires.
Members will be able to make payments via SmartHub during this window.
