Payment Gateway Update 1.23 Minor
NISC plans to deploy a minor patch to the NISC Payment Gateway on Monday night, December 3rd at 11:59 pm CT. They expect the maintenance window to be under 2 hours, during which associated payment channels (SmartHub, E-bill, Secure Payments IVR, and Recurring) will not be available. During the maintenance window when members try to make a payment in SmartHub or legacy E-bill they will be redirected to a page indicating the website is down for maintenance
This is a minor patch to version 1.23, and the only change customers will see is on the e-check entry screen adding “Bank” to the bank account field label. The current label of “Account Number” has caused some confusion to members in not understanding it is their bank account number.
