Online & Credit Card Payment Downtime
On Tuesday, March 6th, starting at approximately 8 am we will be making required Internet Service Provider network addressing changes that will take the online payment systems offline. This will include payments made via SmartHub, the IVR phone system, and all credit card payments. We anticipate this downtime will take approximately 4 hours and will post an update when the downtime is completed. We appreciate your patience as we make these adjustments on short notice.
