If your payment is past due, a red box will appear on your bill announcing a possible disconnection. The info in the box will explain exactly how much is owed and when the payment is due. Members with late payments will still receive one automated courtesy call from the MJM office as a reminder. Anyone can have trouble paying a bill sometimes. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact MJM as soon as possible before the due date. You may be able to work out a payment plan with the Cooperative, or we can help give you information about organizations that may be able to help with energy bills in times of need.
